From there the tour leads to the Old Market with the Nikolai Church, the Barberini Museum and the State Parliament - the new historic centre of the city. Through the baroque city centre you will reach Potsdam's shopping mile - the city's "Broadway". Afterwards it is a good idea to combine the city walk with a visit to Sanssouci Palace, which is within walking distance from here.
